Tenderloin Steaks With Horseradish Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks(1 inch thick), trimmed | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking spray | ||
| 1/2 cup low-salt beef broth | ||
| Horseradish mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Sprinkle steaks evenly with salt and pepper.
2. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add steaks, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Place steaks on a serving platter, and keep warm.
3. Add broth, mustard, and sugar to pan; cook over low heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantiy. Return steaks to pan, turning to coat with sauce
