Tender 'N' Tangy Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar - 3/4 to 1 cup | ||
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Ground mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pork Spareribs - 2 pounds | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Cut ribs into bite-size pieces.
MAKING
2. In a slow cooker add the first nine ingredients.
3. In a skillet heat oil and brown the meat in it.
4. Transfer to slow cooker.
5. Cover and simmer for 4-6 hours until done.
SERVING
6. Serve hot.
