Ingredients
Oil for frying
4 ice cream balls frozen very, very hard (any flavor)
Tempura batter
Sugar and cinnamon or powdered sugar
Directions
Heat oil to medium high.
Remove balls from freezer; immediately dip into tempura batter.
Fry until golden brown; serve immediately, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar.
