Tempura Dipping Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup grated white radish
2 cups dashi (broth made from dried bonito and seaweed)
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
Directions
Mix together soy sauce, salt, sugar, and grated radish.
Blend in dashi, then add scallions.
This sauce can be used with any food that has been fried in a tempura batter.
