Tempura Cornstarch Batter Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornstarch | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |

Directions
