Tempura Cornstarch Batter Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cold water
1 egg
Peanut or vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Blend ingredients together, but do not overmix.
