Tempura Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Clam Juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Tempura sauce:) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Tempura sauce:) | |
| Sake | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Tempura sauce:) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon (Tempura sauce:) | |
| White Radish- 3 tablespoons, grated | ||
| Ginger | 2 Tablespoon, grated (Tempura sauce:) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, combine together the fish stock or clam juice, soy sauce, sake, and sugar.
2) Divide in 6 small ramekins.
SERVING
3) Just before serving place a little radish and ginger in each ramekin.
