Directions
First step is to clean the SHRIMPS. Remove the skin/shell but leave the last part and the tail and devein. Stretch and press a bit the shrimp so that once you will fry it won€™t bend or curl.
Second step, after you clean the shrimps put it on a plate or bowl and pour the ingredients such as the SALT, sprinkle some GARLIC POWDER, SESAME OIL and the EGG WHITE. Mix them well and leave just a couple of minutes. Once done, you prepare the plate where to put the BREAD CRUMBS and coat the shrimps.
Third step is, once your done coating the shrimps with the bread crumbs. You can now prepare your frying pan or wok and put some cooking oil and make it hot, fry the coated shrimps until it€™s bit brown and TEMPURA is ready for serve.
For the dipping, just put the KETCHUP in soy dish together with some LEMON JUICE, CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER, SALT and stir.
