Teepee Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| American Cheese slice | 8 , Processed | |
| 16 slices rye bread or 8 hamburger buns | ||
| Butter | ||
| Lettuce | ||
| Prepared mustard | ||
| Onion slice | 8 | |
| Tomato Slices | 8 | |
| Pickle relish | ||
| Stuffed olives | 8 | |
Directions
Break up the beef with fork in mixing bowl and sprinkle with monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper.
Toss gently with fork to distribute seasonings.
Shape into 8 patties.
Panbroil, broil or grill to desired degree of doneness.
Top witn cheese just before hamburgers are done.
Spread the bread with butter and cover with lettuce.
Top with hamburger patty, then spread with mustard and top with onion and tomato.
Spread with pickle relish, then top with olive.
Cover with bread slice.
Repeat for each serving.
