Directions

Spread both sides of bread slices with butter.
Cut diagonally into halves.
Arrange on bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Toast at 350°F about 15 minutes.
Put ground beef, onion, celery, and mustard into a skillet.
Cook over medium heat until lightly browned, breaking meat into pieces with a fork.
Spread meat mixture over bread slices.
