Teds Swiss Cheese Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Ounce | |
| Milk | 21 Ounce | |
| Chicken stock | 10 Ounce | |
| 8 ounces Kraft's Cheese Whiz | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 8 Ounce, shredded | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ash of white pepper | ||
| 10 ounces sauterne wine | ||
| Kirschwasser | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In a saucepan, heat butter and add flour gradually to make a reddish brown cooked mixture.
2.Put chicken stock and milk in the pan and stir.
3.Once the ingredients boil, lower the flame and allow them to cook for 15 minutes.
4.Add cheese whiz and Swiss cheese and continue stirring.
5.After 5 minutes, put salt and pepper as per the taste.
FINALISING
6.Put sauterne and cook for a minute
SERVING
7.Pour the soup in bowls and top with a tinge of Kirchwasser.
