Technicolor Summer Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups shredded green cabbage | ||
| 2 cups shredded red cabbage | ||
| Carrot | 1 , shredded | |
| 1/2 cup each diced sweet red and green pepper | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Light mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper | ||

Directions
In salad bowl, toss together green and red cabbages, carrot, red and green peppers, celery and onions.
Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper; toss with cabbage mixture to coat evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning.
