Tea Time Tassies Recipe
Ingredients
| Firmly packed light brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, softened | |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Dash of salt Tart shells (recipe follows) Sifted powdered sugar (optional) | ||
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Spoon mixture into tart shells, filling three-fourths full.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned.
Dust with sifted powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
