Ingredients

 1 package orange flavored gelatin
 1 cup medium strength boiling tea
 1 can mandarin oranges, drained, liquid reserved
 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, liquid reserved
 3/4 cup combined fruit liquids
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), drained
 Mayonnaise
 Whipping cream, whipped
 Ground mace

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling tea.
Add combined fruit liquids to gelatin mixture.
Stir and cool until mixture thickens slightly.
Add oranges, pineapple, and water chestnuts.
Spoon into a 6 cup mold and chill until firm.
For the topping combine equal parts mayonnaise and whipped cream, and add a dash of mace.
