Ingredients

 275 g / 10 oz cake crumbs
 50 g / 2 oz caster sugar
 Cocoa powder2 Tablespoon
 Apricot jam3 Tablespoon
 Rum1 Tablespoon
 4 tablespoons chocolate vermicelli

Directions

Mix the cake crumbs, sugar and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
Add the jam and rum and mix to a stiff paste.
Form the mixture into balls the size of a walnut and roll in the chocolate vermicelli.
