MAKING

2. On a slice place about 6 to 7 slices of cucumber, cap it with another slice. Repeat the process to make one more sandwich.
3. Trim the edges, Cut into diagonal quarters or fingers.
SERVING
4. Serve with tea.
TIP
If not serving immediately, cover with a damp paper towel and plastic wrap and refrigerate.
