Tea Sandwich Recipe

| Cake | 1 pound | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
| 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
Directions
Slice pound cake vertically into thin slices.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, orange juice and lemon rind; beat to mix well.
Spread on half the slices of pound cake.
Top each with remaining slices; cut each slice into triangles or quarter for "fingers."
Makes 1 8 to 24 servings.
