Tea Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tea bags | 3 | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed | |
| Orange | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Artificial sweetener- to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and the boiling water.
2) Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the spice mixture to boil.
3) As soon as it starts boiling remove from the heat.
4) Put the tea bags in and let it brew for 5 minutes.
5) Pass the mixture through the strainer.
6) Stir in lemon juice, orange extract, sweetener and cold water and mix well.
SERVING
7) Serve chilled with a cinnamon stick in it if desired.
