Ingredients

 Cold water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose tea in tea ball

Directions

Pour water into a heat-resistant, non-metallic mug or cup.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Submerge tea bag in water.
Allow to steep 1 to 2 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
