Cucumber Roti Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 seedless cucumber
 
2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
 
3 tbsp sugar or to taste
 
salt to taste
 
1 cup rava

Directions

Finely grate the cucumber. Add coconut, salt, sugar and rava and mix them together. (The mixture will be thick. Do not add any water).
Pat a handful of the mixture on a hot greased tava. Cook until slightly brown.
Apply few drops of oil and flip it over and cook till slightly brown and crisp. Serve hot.

The Taushe Doddak Cucumber Rotti looks like the veg dosa that many south indians make! This tastes yummy! I believe it tastes good with peanut chutney as well :)
