Ingredients

 1-1/2 cups Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
 Dairy sour cream1 Can (10oz) (Crust:)
 Water2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Crust:)
 Ground beef1 pound (Filling:)
 1/2 cup taco sauce
 Shredded Cheddar cheese4 Ounce (Filling:)
 Lettuce1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Topping.)
 Tomato1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Topping.)
 1 cup slightly crushed tortilla chips

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine crust ingredients.
Press into 1-1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in taco sauce; heat through.
Combine meat mixture and cheese; spread over baked crust.
Arrange lettuce and tomato on top of beef mixture around outside edge.
Sprinkle tortilla chips over lettuce and tomato.
Serve with additional taco sauce if desired.
