Tato Taco Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-1/2 cups Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Can (10oz) (Crust:) | |
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Crust:) | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound (Filling:) | |
| 1/2 cup taco sauce | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 4 Ounce (Filling:) | |
| Lettuce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Topping.) | |
| Tomato | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Topping.) | |
| 1 cup slightly crushed tortilla chips | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine crust ingredients.
Press into 1-1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in taco sauce; heat through.
Combine meat mixture and cheese; spread over baked crust.
Arrange lettuce and tomato on top of beef mixture around outside edge.
Sprinkle tortilla chips over lettuce and tomato.
Serve with additional taco sauce if desired.
