Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
Onion flakes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium pkg. frozen Tater
Tots
Shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Salt and pepper meat and pat into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle onion flakes on top of meat.
Spread both cans of soup on top of meat and onions.
Top with frozen Tater Tots, lined up close together to completely cover dish.
Bake 1 hour, or a little longer.
If desired, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
