Ingredients
1 recipe pie pastry
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. flour
Dash of cayenne pepper
5 slices bacon, crisply fried
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Prepare pastry, adding mustard and paprika to dry mix.
Roll out pastry to fit 8-inch pie plate.
Bake in 375- degree oven for 10 minutes.
Add bouillon to eggs; beat thoroughly.
Slowly add milk, flour and seasoning.
Crumble bacon; stir into egg mixture with cheese.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
