Tasty Caper Dip Recipe
This tasty caper dip is made with anchovy paste along with cream cheese and capers. Blended together with onions and caraway seeds, this dip is delicious and apetizing for serving with crackers or bread rolls.
Ingredients
| Light cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 8 Ounce, cubed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Anchovy paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Instant onion | 2 Teaspoon, diced | |
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Caraway seed | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Put cream, cheese, salt and anchovy paste into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
Add onion, capers and caraway seed, cover and process only until mixed.
