Tasty Tortillas Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Corn tortillas | 6 | |
| Cheddar Cheese slice | 6 | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated |
Directions
1 Combine butter and salt. Spread on both sides of tortillas.
2 Place tortillas on a broiler rack and broil 5 inches from source of heat for about 4 minutes, or until crisp and brown. Turn.
3 Place 1 cheese slice on each tortilla, then sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon grated onion.
4 Broil until cheese bubbles, 3 to 5 minutes, or in microwave for about 1 minute.
