Directions

GETTING READY
1) Melt the white chocolate in microwave or on double boiler, be sure that the bowl never touches the water.

MAKING
2) Mix in Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese, lemon zest and lemon juice.
3) Cut strawberries stems off so the bottom of the strawberry will be flat.
4) Make cut on the pointed end almost until the end, rotate the strawberry 90 degrees and make another cut again almost until the end.
5) Put the strawberries on the platter and stuff the cream cheese with teaspoon in between the cuts. Strawberries should look like red tulips.
6) Stalk the mint leaves one on top of the other, roll them and chop to thin stripes.

SERVING
7) Fluff the mint leaves and sprinkle all over the strawberries. Serve and enjoy your party!
