Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare a rub with equal parts of Kosher salt, paprika, brown sugar, and ground pepper.

MAKING
2. Season a steak with salt and rub in the prepared rub generously.
3. Put the seasoned steak into a plastic bag and seal it.
4. Put in a water bath at 136 degrees for 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
5. Once you are ready to serve, heat a grill pan on high, place the steak on it and sear the surface of the steak for about two minutes per side.

SERVING
6. Serve the steak along with your choice of steamed vegetables.

TIPS
The advantage of Sous Vide cooking is that you will not overcook — the water is only 136 degrees. So if you are not ready to serve - let it sit.
