Ingredients

 4 romaine lettuce leaves (rinced and dried)
 Tomato slices1 Large
 Mint leaves4
 Cucumber1 Small
 Alfalfa sprouts
 Thinly sliced carrots
 Slivered raw almonds

Directions

1. Lay the romaine lettuce leaf flat on plate.
2. Add all of the other ingredients.
3. Roll it all up tightly and place a toothpick to hold it in place.
