 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tarragon Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
 Onion1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Capers1 Teaspoon, drained
 Pickles1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Olives1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, finely chopped

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large serving bowl, add in mayonnaise, tarragon vinegar, onion, capers, pickles, olives and parsley. Mix all the ingredients well.
2) Cover and store in refrigerator for as long as a few weeks, if you want.

SERVING
3) Serve the Tartare Sauce chilled.
