Tartare Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tarragon Vinegar - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon, drained | |
| Pickles | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Olives | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large serving bowl, add in mayonnaise, tarragon vinegar, onion, capers, pickles, olives and parsley. Mix all the ingredients well.
2) Cover and store in refrigerator for as long as a few weeks, if you want.
SERVING
3) Serve the Tartare Sauce chilled.
