 Onion1/2 Small
 Green olives, chopped
 Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fresh parsley, chopped
 Capers2 Teaspoon
 Red wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 2 or 3 pickles, chopped fine

Directions

Scrape the onion into the mayonnaise.
Add the capers, the chopped pickles, olives, parsley, and red wine vinegar, and mix all ingredients well.
