Tangy Tartar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Onion | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 1 tablesp. chopped capers | ||
| 1 tablesp. chopped cucumber pickles | ||
| 1 tablesp. chopped stoned green olives | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Just before serving, combine the chilled mayonnaise with all other ingredients.
Serve with broiled or fried fish, or with Fried Scallops, shrimp, etc.
