 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 Onion1/2 Teaspoon, minced
 Parsley1/2 Teaspoon, minced
 1 tablesp. chopped capers
 1 tablesp. chopped cucumber pickles
 1 tablesp. chopped stoned green olives
 Vinegar1 Teaspoon

Directions

Just before serving, combine the chilled mayonnaise with all other ingredients.
Serve with broiled or fried fish, or with Fried Scallops, shrimp, etc.
