Tartar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dried chives | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill or sweet pickle | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In small mixing bowl, combine onion, chives, oil, celery salt and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until onion is tender-crisp.
Cool slightly.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Re-cover.
Chill for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Cover.
