Tart Lemon Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tsp. lemon rind | ||
| Confectioner’s sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
"Cream butter and lemon rind.
Add some of the sugar gradually, blending after each addition.
Add remain- ing sugar alternately with lemon juice, mixing well.
Add salt.
Spread on top and side of cake.
