Tart Lemon Cookies Recipe

2 tsp lowfat milk
 
2 tsp white vinegar
 
8 oz. sugar-free lemon
 
Pkg. cake mix
 
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions

Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
Combine milk and vinegar in a small bowl.
Stir to blend.
Stir in lemon cake mix and lemon peel.
Drop from a teaspoon about 2 in.
(5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9 to 10 minutes.
Carefully remove from pan immediately.
