Tart Cherry Filling Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. 4 oz. pitted tart cherries
1 can (water packed)
1/4 cup granulated fructose
1 tsp quick-cooking tapioca red food coloring (optional)
Directions
Do not drain the cherries.
Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until boiling and slightly thickened.
