Tarragon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups beef stock or canned beef bouillon
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
2 teaspoons shallot, chopped
Directions
Combine the wine and tarragon.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Add the shallot and Beef Stock and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
