1 1/2cups unpeeled chopped peaches (about 2 medium peaches)
 
3/4 cup peeled chopped pear
 
3/4 cup peeled, chopped Granny Smith apple
 
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
 
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 
3/4 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
 
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
 
1/4 cup dark brown sugar firmly packed
 
1/4 cup golden raisins
 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
 
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
 
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a large heavy saucepan and mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered, stirring frequently, until the chutney is thick.
Remove from the heat and cool.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
