Tarragon-Peach Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
| Peaches | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled | |
| 3/4 cup peeled chopped pear | ||
| Granny smith apple | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon, squeezed | |
| 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
| 3/4 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger | ||
| 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| 1/4 cup dark brown sugar firmly packed | ||
| Golden Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dried tarragon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground allspice | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a large heavy saucepan and mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered, stirring frequently, until the chutney is thick.
Remove from the heat and cool.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
