Tarragon Vinegar Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 cup olive or salad oil
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1.Into small bowl or jar, measure all ingredients; mix with wire whisk or fork (or cover jar and shake) until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Stir or shake before using.
