Tarragon tanged shrimp and orange salad is a fruited seafood salad. Ingredients
| 12 ounces cooked, shelled and deveined shrimp | ||
| Cooked brown rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves | ||
| 1 1/2 cups orange sections | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| 1/2 cup sliced red onion | ||
| 1/3 cup Orange Tarragon Dressing | ||
Directions
In large serving bowl place shrimp, rice, romaine, orange sections, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
