Tarragon Spinach Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach - 1/2 cup, pureed cooked or canned | ||
| Chicken bouillon - 1 1/2 cups | ||
| Skim milk powder - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Onion flakes | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, mix spinach, chicken bouillon and dry skim milk.
2. Stir until well blended and season.
FINALISING
3. Heat with frequent stirring until it reaches serving temperature.
