 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped tarragon or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
 1/4 cup light olive oil or vegetable oil

Directions

In a small bowl, combine mustard, sugar, vinegar, parsley and tarragon; blend well.
Add oil, beat until blended.
