Tarragon Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped tarragon or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon | ||
| 1/4 cup light olive oil or vegetable oil | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, combine mustard, sugar, vinegar, parsley and tarragon; blend well.
Add oil, beat until blended.
