Tarragon Cream Sauce Recipe
Tarragon cream sauce is a herbed homemade sauce. Non cooked, it is easily prepared with whipping or heavy cream along with a dash of vinegar and chopped herbs. Flavored with a hint of garlic, it is ready and can be served over grilled or cooked fish preparations.
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well with wire whisk.
