Tarragon Chicken Consomme Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken broth | 3 Can (10oz) | |
| 2 teaspoons leaf tarragon, crumbled | ||
| Lemon | 1 Small, sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Small, peeled | |
| Peppercorns | 4 | |
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1 Pour broth into a large saucepan; skim off fat, if any.
2 Stir tarragon, lemon, onion, and peppercorns into broth; sprinkle gelatin over top; let stand several minutes to soften gelatin.
