1 large pomfret cut into 4-6 slices
1-2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander seed powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt to taste, oil as required
Directions
1. Wash fish well, apply salt, the masala powders and allow to marinate for half an hour.
2. Take a large non-stick pan or a round tava. Pour oil on it and put it on the fire.
3. When the oil is hot, fry the fish but do not allow it to harden. Serve with lemon wedges and green chutney.
