Tarator has a fine taste. Tarator gets its taste from cucumber mixed with cream and yoghurt, topped with walnuts. Tarator is inspired by many food joints across the world.

Directions

Shred or finely dice cucumber.
Sprinkle with salt and refrigerate several hours.
Combine garlic, oil, walnuts and yogurt in container of electric blender.
Blend until creamy.
Blend in sour cream and season to taste with pepper.
Combine yogurt mixture and shredded cucumber; sprinkle top with fresh dill and additional coarsely chopped walnuts.
