Taramosalata With Smoked Cod Roe Recipe
Ingredients
| Cods roe | 6 Ounce, smoked | |
| White bread slice | 4 | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 , grated | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed | |
| Olive oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon | 1 , juiced | |
| Parsley | 1 |
Directions
Soak the bread in the olive oil and blend bread and roe into a smooth paste.Add onion, garlic, lemon and season with salt and pepper to taste.Put into a bowl and top with parsley.
Cream may also be added to make a smooth paste or mousse:like texture.
