 Tortillas1 Dozen
 Jack cheese slice12 (Salad oil for frying)
 Tomatoes2 , thinly sliced (Salad oil for frying)
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped (Salad oil for frying)
 12 slices chicken, turkey, ham, or other sliced meat
 Salsa de Tomatillo
 Shredded lettuce and radishes

Directions

Fry each tortilla in hot oil a few seconds or brush with oil on both sides, slip into a wire toaster rack, and heat on both sides over a picnic fire.
Cover each hot tortilla with sliced cheese, tomato, onion, and chicken or meat.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon Salsa de Tomatillo on each filled tortilla.
Roll or fold over.
Place on plates and garnish with shredded lettuce and radishes.
