 Tortillas1 Dozen
 Jack cheese slices12
 Tomatoes2 , thinly sliced
 Finely chopped onion1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chicken slices/Turkey/ham/other sliced meat12
 Salsa de tomatillo5 Cup (80 tbs)
 Shredded lettuce1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Shredded radish1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Fry each tortilla in hot oil a few seconds or brush with oil on both sides, slip into a wire toaster rack, and heat on both sides over a picnic fire.
Cover each hot tortilla with sliced cheese, tomato, onion, and chicken or meat.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon Salsa de Tomatillo on each filled tortilla.
Roll or fold over.
Place on plates and garnish with shredded lettuce and radishes.
