Ingredients
| Tortillas | 1 Dozen | |
| Jack cheese slice | 12 (Salad oil for frying) | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , thinly sliced (Salad oil for frying) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped (Salad oil for frying) | |
| 12 slices chicken, turkey, ham, or other sliced meat | ||
| Salsa de Tomatillo | ||
| Shredded lettuce and radishes | ||
Directions
Fry each tortilla in hot oil a few seconds or brush with oil on both sides, slip into a wire toaster rack, and heat on both sides over a picnic fire.
Cover each hot tortilla with sliced cheese, tomato, onion, and chicken or meat.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon Salsa de Tomatillo on each filled tortilla.
Roll or fold over.
Place on plates and garnish with shredded lettuce and radishes.
