Simple Tapioca Pudding Recipe Video
I’d never made anything with tapioca before, so I decided to buy some and try it out.
I made something which was a combination of a recipe I found online and the recipe on the back of the packet.

Ingredients
Small Can coconut milk
1 cup soymilk
1/4 cup tapioca
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 bananas
Almonds
1 tsp Rum
Fresh Mint Leaves
Directions
Put coconut milk in a pot with soymilk, tapioca and salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
Added two tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla.
Cut up two bananas and stirred those in.
Put it on a small brown bowl.
Put some sliced almonds on top, then a teaspoon of rum and a few mint leaves.
