Tapioca Cream Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons minute tapioca
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Heat milk in double boiler.
Gradually stir in tapioca and cook until transparent, stirring frequently.
Beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup sugar, add to hot mixture and cook two minutes.
Put aside to cool.
Beat egg whites with remainder of sugar.
Fold into first mixture.
Add flavoring. (Small tin of crushed pineapple may be added).
