Tapenado Recipe
Ingredients

| Black olives | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

| Capers | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Anchovies | 10 | |
| Rum | 2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Put the first 6 ingredients in a mortar.
Pound until very well crushed and mixed.
Add, little by little, olive oil and rum.
