 Bay Leaf1
 Black olives2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pinch of thyme
 Capers2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Anchovies10
 Rum2 Teaspoon
 French bread

Directions

Put the first 6 ingredients in a mortar.
Pound until very well crushed and mixed.
Add, little by little, olive oil and rum.
