Ingredients

 Pitted black olives1 8 Ounce, drained
 1 7-ounce can albacore tuna packed in oil, drained
 Capers1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed
 Lemonjuice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dark rum1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Crudites

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Slowly add olive oil, blending thoroughly Season to taste with pepper
