Tapenade Recipe
Ingredients
| Pitted black olives | 1 8 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 7-ounce can albacore tuna packed in oil, drained | ||
| Capers | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed | |
| Lemonjuice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dark rum | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Crudites | ||
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Slowly add olive oil, blending thoroughly Season to taste with pepper
